Viewing your Score Card, Paper Review and Certificate

For: candidates

What you can see after the exam depends on your institute's settings. Some institutes show results immediately, some after evaluation, and some do not show results to candidates at all.

Where to find them

  1. Log in to your candidate dashboard with the same link and credentials you used for the exam.
  2. Find the completed exam.
  3. Use the result options shown for it — Score Card, Paper Review and/or Certificate. Results open in a new browser tab, so allow pop-ups if nothing opens.

Score Card

SectionWhat it shows
ScoreYour score, and the top candidate's score (%) for comparison.
AnswersNumber of correct, incorrect and unattempted questions.
Time takenHow long you spent on the exam.
Marking schemeMarks per question and any negative marking.
Topic-wise tableYour performance in each topic.
Competency graphA visual view of your strengths.

Paper Review

  • Shows your exam question by question, with your answers.
  • Available when your institute allows exam review.
  • If you uploaded answer files, you can open them from the review.

Certificate

If your institute issues certificates for the exam, download it from your dashboard. Check your name on the certificate — if it is wrong, contact your institute (they can edit certificate details).

Troubleshooting

ProblemWhat to do
No result option after the examYour result may not be published yet (for example, subjective answers still being evaluated), or your institute does not show results to candidates. Ask your institute.
Clicking the result does nothingAllow pop-ups for the exam site — results open in a new tab.
Paper Review not availableYour institute has not enabled exam review for this exam.
Marks look wrongContact your institute. Only they can re-evaluate or regenerate results.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your roll number, the exam name, your device and browser, and a screenshot of the message. You can also connect over phone. If your exam is running, contact your institute or proctor first.
