Organization logo, theme and email settings

For: institute admins

Your logo, colours and sign-in page text appear on the candidate site. All of this is managed from Organization Profile.

Open Organization Profile

1. In the footer rail at the bottom of the sidebar, go to Organisation → Organization Profile.
2. You see tiles:

   Tile	What it does
   Logo & Theme	Upload your logo and set the colours candidates see
   Email (SMTP) Settings	Send exam emails from your own mail server
   Account Info	Your subscription plan, usage and contact details
   Two-Factor Authentication	Extra sign-in security for admin accounts. See Two-factor authentication

Logo & Theme

1. Click the Logo & Theme tile (page: Edit Logo and Theme).
2. Organization Logo: check the organization name, click Update Logo to upload, View Logo to check it, or remove it. Choose an Organization logo dimension.
3. Organization banner image: click Upload Banner Image for the candidate login page.
4. Background and Label Color: set Login background color, Header background color, Header label color, Footer background color and Footer label color. Also set Footer label text, Page title, and a Login page note (shown on the candidate login page) with its colour, font and size.
5. Domain Settings: Candidate domain, Candidate URL, and whether the candidate mobile number is optional.
6. Enable Regional Exam User Interface: choose the languages for the candidate exam interface (English, Arabic, French, Hindi, Marathi, Kyrgyz, Spanish, Azerbaijani, Russian).
7. Click Save Changes.

Score card logos are fitted to the header automatically.

Email (SMTP) Settings: send from your own address

1. Click the Email (SMTP) Settings tile.
2. Enter SMTP Server (for example smtp.office365.com), SMTP User Name (usually your email address) and SMTP Password.
3. Set Use SSL to Yes (most mail servers require it).
4. Click Save Changes.

Exam invitations and results are then sent from your email address instead of Eklavvya's.

Light and dark mode (admin panel)

Theme colours above affect what candidates see. For your own admin screens, use the appearance icon in the top header to switch between Light, Dark and System.

Custom candidate domain

To use your own candidate domain (for example yourinstitute.eklavvya.com) or restrict candidate logins to it, email [email protected]. See Candidate domain restriction.

Common questions

My uploaded logo looks blurry.
Upload a higher-resolution image, preferably a PNG with a transparent background, and pick a suitable logo dimension.

I changed colours but candidates still see the old ones.
Ask them to refresh the page (Ctrl+F5) or clear the browser cache.

I don't see the Two-Factor Authentication tile.
