How to upload your organization logo and customize the theme

Eklavvya is white-label-ready — admins can replace the default Eklavvya branding with their own logo, banner, and colour scheme. Branding applies to the candidate login page, in-exam header, certificates, and emails.

Step 1 — Upload your logo

1. Log in as admin.
2. Go to Settings → Branding (or Settings → Organization Profile).
3. Under Logo, click Upload.
4. Pick a PNG with transparent background. Recommended dimensions: 200×60 px or similar 3.5:1 ratio. Max file size: 500 KB.
5. Click Save. The logo appears in the top-left of the candidate dashboard immediately.

Step 2 — Upload the login-page banner

1. Same panel, Banner Image section.
2. Click Upload and pick a JPG or PNG. Recommended: 1920×600 px landscape, < 1 MB.
3. The banner appears as the hero image on your candidate login page.

Step 3 — Set header and footer colours

1. Under Theme Colors:
   • Header background — the top bar colour.
   • Header text — usually white or your accent.
   • Primary button — the CTA colour (Start Exam, Submit, etc.).
   • Footer background and Footer text — the bottom bar.
2. Pick colours using the colour picker or paste a hex code (e.g. #16408a).
3. Click Preview — the candidate-facing pages render with the new colours in a side panel.
4. Click Save when you're happy.

Step 4 — Customize emails

1. Go to Settings → Communication → Email Templates.
2. Edit the email header / footer to include your logo and brand colours.
3. Use placeholders like {{candidate_name}}, {{exam_name}}, {{exam_link}}.
4. Click Send Test to verify the rendering before saving.

Step 5 — Certificate templates

1. Go to Settings → Certificates.
2. Either upload a PDF / PNG certificate template with placeholders for name and score, or use the built-in editor to compose one with your logo + colours.
3. Save. Generated certificates use this template.

Custom subdomain

For full white-labelling, request a custom subdomain such as exams.yourbrand.com. Email info@eklavvya.com with your preferred subdomain and DNS provider; setup typically takes 1–2 working days.

Common questions

My uploaded logo looks blurry.
Use a PNG with at least 2x the display resolution (e.g. 400×120 px for a 200×60 px display slot). Avoid JPG for logos — PNG with transparent background looks cleaner.

Can I have different branding for different exams?
Yes — per-exam branding is available on enterprise plans. Configure under Exam Settings → Branding Override.
