Candidate LogsCandidate activity for an exam: login, logout and other exam events, with date, description and IPOrganisation → Candidate Logs
Admin User LogsActions taken by admin users, for example slot cancellations and bulk password updatesOrganisation → Admin User Logs

Both are in the Organisation group in the footer rail at the bottom of the sidebar.

Candidate Logs

  1. Go to Organisation → Candidate Logs.
  2. Enter the candidate's Roll No, first name or last name in the search box.
  3. Optionally narrow by Exam and Schedule Date Time.
  4. The list shows Candidate Name, Candidate Email ID and Candidate Log.
  5. Click View Exam Details on a row to open Candidate Logs Detail for the selected exam. It shows the exam name, time zone, schedule start and end time, candidate name, and each log entry with Log Date, Description and IP, including login and logout.
  6. Click Export to download the details. The candidate's name is included in the export.

Logs older than one day are available, so you can investigate a disputed attempt after the exam.

Typical uses

  • A candidate says they could not log in: check whether login entries exist and from which IP.
  • A candidate claims the exam closed on its own: check logout and submission entries against the schedule times.
  • Checking whether two candidates logged in from the same IP.

Admin User Logs

  1. Go to Organisation → Admin User Logs.
  2. Select a User Role and a User Name.
  3. The table shows User Name, Description and Log Date for each action.
  4. Use Export to download the log.

Examples of recorded actions include slot cancellations (Slot Booking → Slot Cancellation) and bulk password updates.
