Getting started with Eklavvya — first 5 things to do as a new admin
Welcome. This is a quick orientation for new Eklavvya admins. Once you have your login credentials, here are the first five tasks to set up your first exam end-to-end.
1. Configure your organization profile
- Log in at assessment.eklavvya.com with the admin credentials provided.
- Open Settings → Organization Profile.
- Upload your logo and banner — these appear on the candidate login page and on certificates.
- Set your timezone and default language.
2. Add your first candidates
- Go to Candidates → Add Candidate.
- For one or two, fill the form directly. For bulk, download the Excel template (Candidates → Bulk Upload → Template), fill it, and upload.
- Group candidates into batches — you'll assign exams batch-by-batch later.
3. Create your first exam
- Go to Exam → Create Exam.
- Pick an exam type:
- MCQ — objective questions
- Descriptive / Subjective — long-form answers
- Aptitude — topic-tagged MCQs with negative marking
- Coding — code-editor with test cases
- AI Interview — conversational AI assessment
- Set name, duration, total marks, and pass criteria.
- Add questions from the Question Bank or create new ones.
- Save.
4. Schedule the exam
- Go to Schedule → Assign Exam.
- Pick the exam and the batch.
- Choose a fixed schedule (one start time for everyone) or an availability window (candidates start anytime in a range). See how schedules work.
- Optional: enable proctoring (AI / image / video / 360°).
- Save. Eklavvya sends each candidate their exam link via email / SMS / WhatsApp.
5. Monitor and view results
- During the exam — open Proctoring → Live Dashboard for a real-time grid of candidates.
- After the exam — open Result → Candidate Result, pick the exam, and export individual / topic-wise / batch reports.
- For OSM (offline answer sheet scanning), open the Examiner Dashboard to track evaluator progress.
