What exactly is deleted after 30 days?
Proctoring media: captured images, audio recordings and video or screen recordings from remote-proctored exams.

What happens when I open an old recording?
The page shows "This recording has passed its retention period and is no longer available."

What should we do within the 30 days?

• Review flagged candidates in the AI Report and video/audio pages.
• Mark malpractice clips and use Download Chunk to keep the clips you need as evidence.
• Print or save the AI Report and Proctor Report for any candidate under investigation.
• Finish result decisions that depend on proctoring evidence.
