AI Report, candidate video/audio review and marking malpractice

For: institute admins, proctor admins and result reviewers

After a proctored exam you can check each candidate's session from Result → Candidate Result: the AI proctoring report, the recorded video, screen and audio. You can also mark video clips as malpractice. These pages open inside the admin app.

Open the review pages

1. Go to Result → Candidate Result.
2. Select the Exam and the Schedule date time, then click View Exams. You can also filter by Batch, Branch or Fraud suspected?.
3. Each candidate row has icon columns. The columns you see depend on how the exam is set up:
   • AI Report: the AI proctoring report. Institutes without AI proctoring see Candidate Images here instead.
   • Candidate Video: webcam recording.
   • Candidate Audio: audio recording.
   • Candidate Screen: screen recording, for exams that capture the screen.
   • Proctor Report: candidate images with capture times, IP address, login/logout and window-switch count.

What the AI Report shows

• Candidate details: name, identity photo, IP address, last login and logout.
• Session details and Monitoring summary: counts of faces, persons, objects and head position, face authentication and the AI Credit Score.
• Monitoring timeline: captured snapshots with date and time. Use Previous / Next to move through them.
• Additional information: total, attempted and wrong questions, plus the termination reason if the exam was terminated.
• Print saves or prints the report.

If the institute uses Offline AI, the report is filled in about 30 minutes after the exam ends.

Review video, screen and audio

1. Click the Candidate Video (or Candidate Screen) icon.
2. The Video Chunks tab lists the recording as numbered clips, each with its time range. Click a clip to play it.
3. The Candidate Full Video tab plays the whole recording. Drag the slider to jump to any point.
4. For audio, click Candidate Audio. It has Audio Chunks and Candidate Full Audio in the same layout.

Mark or unmark a clip as malpractice

1. In the Video Chunks tab, click the three-dot menu on the clip.
2. Confirm "Are you sure you want to mark this chunk as malpractice?". The clip is now highlighted as malpractice.
3. To undo, click the three-dot menu again and confirm Demark Malpractice?.

Only webcam video clips can be marked as malpractice. Screen recordings can't.

Download clips

• For webcam video, Download Chunk downloads a ZIP of only the clips marked as malpractice. If no clip is marked, you'll see "No malpractice videos available for download."
• For screen recordings, Download Chunk downloads every clip.

"Fraud Suspected" is a flag, not a verdict

"Fraud suspected" and other AI alerts mean the AI saw something a person should check, for example no face, a second face or a phone in the frame. They don't prove malpractice. Before you take action against a candidate:

1. Open the AI Report and look at the snapshots behind each alert.
2. Watch the matching video clip and listen to the audio.
3. Check the proctor's chat and comments (Proctor → User Identification).
4. Mark only the clips that clearly show malpractice, and record your decision under your institute's policy.

30-day retention

Remote-proctoring images, audio and video are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Every review page shows a banner about this. After 30 days the page shows "This recording has passed its retention period and is no longer available." Finish your review and download any marked clips you need within 30 days.
