Forgot your password?

  1. On the login page click Forgot your Password?
  2. Enter the details asked for.
  3. Open the reset link sent to your registered email and set a new password.

This works only if your institute has enabled it and your profile has a valid email address that belongs only to you. If you get no email, check spam, then ask your institute to reset your password.

Late entry: why the exam won't start

Your institute can set an allowed late entry time for a schedule. After the schedule starts plus that many minutes:

  • Candidates who have not started cannot go past the dashboard.
  • Candidates who already started, or began identity verification within the window, can still start or resume.

So log in early — ideally before the schedule starts — and finish the System Check and ID verification on time.

Before you contact support

  • Are you on the exact link from your institute?
  • Are you on the latest Chrome? (Supported browsers)
  • Did you try the eye icon to check your password?
  • Is it within your exam schedule time?

Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your roll number, the exam name, your device and browser, and a screenshot of the message. You can also connect over phone. If your exam is running, contact your institute or proctor first.
