Cannot log in to the admin panel
For: institute admins and all admin-panel users
The admin sign-in page was redesigned in September 2026. Go through the checks below in order.
1. Account activated?
New institute accounts must be activated first using the activation link sent by email. Check your inbox (and Spam) for the activation email.
2. Fill in every field on the sign-in page
- Login as: select your role, for example Super Admin, Exam Administrator, Subject Expert, Result Viewer, Branch Admin, Manager, Examiner or Observer. Choosing the wrong role is a common reason for a failed login.
- Username and Password. Use the eye icon to show the password and check for typos.
- Code (CAPTCHA): type the characters shown. The code is case-sensitive and must be typed; copy and paste are disabled. Click Get a new code if it is hard to read. Some institutes see a Cloudflare check instead.
- Click Sign in.
3. Two-factor authentication code
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for every admin user. After your password, the 2FA Verification screen asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator). Enter the current code and click Verify.
- Code rejected: make sure your phone's time is set automatically, then try the newest code.
- New phone or lost phone: ask your Super Admin or [email protected] to reset your 2FA.
- Each person needs their own admin user. Shared logins do not work with 2FA.
See Two-factor authentication.
4. Forgotten password
Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page and follow the email instructions.
5. Logged out unexpectedly
Admin sessions time out after 15 minutes of inactivity. Sign in again. Unsaved work in an open form may be lost, so save regularly.
6. Old screens or a broken page
Press Ctrl+F5 to force the browser to load the latest version. If that does not help, clear the browser cache for the admin site. See Finding your way in the new admin interface.
7. "Sign in with Google"
The Google sign-in button is no longer shown. Use your username and password.
Still stuck?
Email [email protected] with your institute name, username, the role you selected and a screenshot of the error, or connect over phone.
