How to check evaluation progress across multiple examiners
The Faculty Dashboard shows, in real time, what each OSM examiner has evaluated, how fast, and how much of their quota remains.
Steps
- Log in as admin or COE.
- Open Examiner → Examiner Dashboard (or Faculty Dashboard in some installations).
- Pick the date range. Default is the current evaluation window.
- Optional: filter by exam or subject.
- The grid shows every assigned examiner with their progress.
What each column means
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Examiner name | The evaluator's name and ID. |
| Assigned | Total booklets allocated to this examiner. |
| Completed | Booklets fully evaluated and submitted. |
| In progress | Booklets opened but not yet submitted. |
| Pending | Booklets not yet started. |
| Avg. time per sheet | How long this examiner takes per booklet — useful for spotting quality outliers. |
| % complete | Progress against assigned quota. |
| Last active | When the examiner last submitted a booklet. |
Drill into a specific examiner
- Click the examiner's name.
- You'll see every booklet in their queue, current status, marks awarded, and the timestamp.
- Click any booklet to view the evaluated answer sheet.
For moderators — comparing examiner-1 and examiner-2
When a booklet has been evaluated by two examiners, open Moderation → Mark Comparison. The dashboard shows both examiners' marks side-by-side for every question. The moderator enters the final consolidated mark from this view.
Print evaluation records for billing
From the Faculty Dashboard, go to Reports → Evaluation Records → Print to get per-examiner evaluation counts for payment.
Common questions
