How to view the daily assessment status dashboard
Steps
- Log in as admin at assessment.eklavvya.com.
- From the left menu, open Reports → Daily Exam-wise Status.
- Pick the date range you want to review (default is today).
- Optional: filter by exam name, batch, or location / centre.
- The dashboard loads with per-exam rows. Click any row to drill into candidate-level details.
- Click Export to Excel for a downloadable copy.
What each column means
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Total candidates assigned to the exam in this date range. |
| Logged in | Candidates who logged in and completed the system check. |
| Started | Candidates who clicked Start Exam. |
| Completed | Candidates who finished and submitted normally. |
| Auto-completed | Candidates whose timer expired and the system auto-submitted. |
| Terminated | Sessions ended by the invigilator or by malpractice flags. |
| Absent | Scheduled candidates who never logged in. |
| Pass / Fail | Pass-fail count once results are published. |

- Result → Candidate Result — individual candidate marks, rank, percentile, topic-wise score.
